1 General Terms

By accessing the fa444 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between fa444 and its users. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

fa444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

The Bengali version of these terms is the primary document. In the event of any interpretation, the meaning in Bengali will take precedence.

2 Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account at fa444, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must have a valid mobile number and an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Only one account per person is permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the fa444 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

fa444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national identity card or other government-approved identification may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit & Protection

fa444 is an adult gaming platform. The minimum age to use any service on the platform is 21 years. Registration or use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

If a minor registers by providing a false age, the relevant account will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

If there are minors in your household, please ensure they cannot access this platform. The use of parental control software is recommended.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fa444 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in total before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer may be used once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• fa444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

4.4 VIP Program

fa444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze level up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond level. Players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

The currently approved payment methods at fa444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions may only be made through these methods. Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional verification may be required for unusual amounts.

5.4 Transaction Verification

fa444 reserves the right to verify the validity of every financial transaction. Suspicious or unusual transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for investigation. Transactions across multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device will result in a review of all associated accounts.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on fa444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa444 platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating more than one account for a single person.
• Opening an account using false or another person's identity.
• Attempting to unfairly exploit bonus or promotion benefits.
• Using the platform's software, API, or any technical vulnerability to gain an artificial advantage.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Falsely presenting oneself as an official or representative of fa444.

fa444 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any member may close their account upon their own request. The support team must be notified in writing to do so. Any remaining valid balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.
